Eagle Vision People Development is a non profit organization founded with the following principles in mind:

• Provide for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people in need
• Uplift and develop poor and disadvantage people to self-reliant
• Uphold the dignity, respect and uphold the rights of the poor irrespective of race, creed, gender or religion

The organization operates on a project basis.  There are therefore various projects running concurrently each aimed at one of the principles of the organization.  There are three main areas on which the projects focuses:

• Basic care; e.g. food, clothing and medical care
• Skills, training and development; this includes any training to enhance an individual on an physical, emotional or spiritual level
• Job creation
