People that visit the
YADAH-feeding project are
provided an opportunity to register their
personal details and skills on our database.
This database is used to help work
providers and work seekers find each other.
Fanie has also started to find projects that
help with job creation. These projects provide
opportunities for the evaluation of work
seekers’ skills and also help to develop them.
Evaluation forms are also provided to work
providers to complete to help us provide a
record of a work seeker's work experience.
Based on these evaluation forms, we provide
reference letters to such a work seeker which
helps them to find work easier.
We can provide reliable people which you can
use, and you help us in this way with
constructive development and upliftment. We are
also able to provide work teams with
supervision.
A database of available skills has been
compiled in order to provide information to
individuals or organisations seeking
temporary or permanent employees.
Job seekers that find work via the project
are being monitored in order to establish a
job and performance history. This is done by
requesting employers to complete performance
feedback forms on workers. In this way a
performance record is created which can
assist the job seekers and the employers.
Workers with favourable performance records
are also provided with reference letters in
order to facilitate job hunting.
